This service is provided when a container or trailer is needed to be relocation from one physical location to another physical location. For example; if you need a container moved from Dallas to Grand Prairie.

Pickup-

To achieve a successful pick-up these things needed to be provided:

• Correct address of the container or trailer.
• Length and size of container – this is important so that the proper equipment can be dispatched.

Driver will communicate with customer when he is in-route to the pickup.

Delivery-

To provide a pleasant and successful delivery there are many variables involved however through many years of delivery experience – the key factor is communication. Through great communication, all proper information will be relayed between both parties resulting in successful delivery.

Things to expect on delivery:

• Constant communication with customer on status of location so both parties arrive simultaneously.
• Inspection of container as per requirements of customer request.
• Driver will place the container or trailer at the exact location the customer desires.
• Driver will show customer how to open and close both doors, lock box and lock bars.
• Driver will inspect container floors and vents.
• It should be noted that the driver will not assist in placing railroad ties due to possible back inquiries. Customer will have to get railroad ties placed.
